Set the cone you want, then download the flat pattern as a true-scale SVG or PDF. Each design is an outline traced in holes or lines. Each one sits on an arc that becomes a level ring and stands upright along a line that points to the apex, so they all stay upright once rolled and the pattern closes at the seam.
Drag to turn it.
Print at 100% / actual size. The strip under the pattern has a one-unit square; measure it before you cut. Every design is traced around its silhouette as a line of evenly spaced holes (or one continuous stroke in Lines mode), rotated so its top points at the apex, which means it stands upright on the finished cone instead of leaning with the fan. Radiating keeps the same count in every ring, so the designs shrink toward the top in step with the cone. Even size keeps them all the same and drops a few from the narrower rings, rounding to a whole number per ring so the seam spacing matches the rest.
